Create a Vision. Your Vision provides a purpose, direction and inspiration for your business. It provides motivation for your team.

Create a Mission. Your Mission explains to your team and your clients how you are going to achieve your Vision, and how you will operate your business.
Decide upon your Core Values. Your Core Values explain what is important to you in conducting your business and how everyone should behave to deliver your business objectives.
Develop key objectives that will help you achieve what you want from your business. These should cover all key areas of the business and should be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timely.
Vision – A world which respects and values each child.
Mission – To deliver immediate and lasting improvements to children’s lives worldwide.
Values – Accountability, ambition, collaboration, creativity, integrity.
Objective – To teach children about health and how to protect themselves against disease.
